So why didn't they listen to us?

Australia posted a strong and specific warning to travellers about the risk of a terrorist attack in Kenya 16 days before this week's bombing and missile assaults in Mombasa.
The warning, the strongest of any country, was based on Western intelligence, and other governments are coming under fire for not passing it on.
