Man's body found in tree a year after it ended up there.

Police on Wednesday found a man's body about 40 feet up a tree, a year after it was first spotted by a passer-by who decided not to report it.
The passer-by saw the body, partly hidden by leaves, about a year ago but didn't report it because he was wanted by police.
This week, however, he returned to the area and saw that the body was still there. Police Sgt. Paul Johnson told KIRO-TV that the man called the department Tuesday night.
