Monday, February 03, 2003 This year's Tropfest finalists announced. I actually helped make a Tropfest film, as it happens, I'm in one of this year's entries (only for about five seconds; I hold up a sign and then scuttle off screen). Didn't get into the final 16 but I knew it wouldn't... knew it as soon as I read the script, which was considerably beyond the sort of one-joke bit of silliness Tropfest favours. Never mind, they can run it in Sour Grapes where it should actually stand a better chance... |
