Axl Rose is not amused.

The Offspring recently released plans to title its next album Chinese Democracy (You Snooze You Lose), as an offhanded gibe at the delayed-for-years Guns'n'Roses album, to be titled Chinese Democracy. While Axl and his hired guns don't even have a release date for the record, he doesn't find the joke to be too funny. According to TheOffspring.com, the band has been served with a cease-and-desist letter from Guns'n'Roses lawyers.

I'm surprised Axl's label haven't sent him a cease-and-desist letter telling him to cease and desist delaying and get on with making the fucking record...
