US promises to investigate journalist deaths.

US Central Command has promised to investigate the deaths of Ukrainian and Spanish journalists, who were killed when a US tank shot at their Baghdad hotel, the US ambassador to Kiev, Carlo Pascual said.
CentCom "has promised to carry out an investigation," Mr Pascual said after talks with Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich, according to Interfax news agency.

Not, of course, that I expect the investigation to find anything other than that the US tank crew were perfectly blameless in what they did...
